Current Waiting	Total number of customers currently in any of your queues.
Average Wait Time	The weighted average time customers have waited before being served today.
Today Served	Total number of tickets successfully completed since the start of the day.
Satisfaction Rate	Average customer satisfaction score (1-5) converted to a percentage.
