Usage and Limits

Overview

Some plans offer unlimited features (indicated by ∞). When this is the case, the interface hides quota progress bars.

Effective Availability Radius

For remote joins, the maximum allowed radius is calculated as the minimum between:

1. Your plan limit (Plan Limit).
2. The global organization setting (Organization Setting).
3. The specific service setting (Service Setting).

If all these settings are set to "unlimited", no distance restriction is applied.

Ticket Quotas

Each plan defines a monthly quota of issued tickets. If you reach this limit:

• Customers will no longer be able to join your queues remotely.
• A TICKET_LIMIT_REACHED error will be returned by the API.
• You will receive a notification to upgrade your plan.
